Julio began in the Bonita Springs office in February 2005 as a reporter after working at the Greeley Tribune in Colorado, where he was a reporter starting in 2001. During his time in Greeley, Julio also filled in as an editor on the city desk.
His internships were for papers in Detroit and Denver. Julio has a master’s from the University of Colorado after earning his bachelor’s at Florida State University.
