Immokalee, four losses, no wins, 0-1 in district play. A perennial powerhouse and former state champions, the Indians will be looking to even its Class 3A-District 14 record when they travel to Lely for a 7:30 p.m. game Friday.

Throughout the young season, Lely High’s offensive line has been clearing holes for star running back Darian Hall. On Friday, he cleared one for himself — on the stats sheet, that is. Hall, the Trojans’ fast, shifty, fast-rising junior running back, carried the ball only 10 times in Lely’s 49-7 thumping of St. John Neumann.

Lely hosts Palmetto Ridge in meaningful game
