Short-term road projects to affect drivers in coming week

Drivers using Collier County roads will encounter some short-term work projects in the coming days.
Lighted arrow boards, advance warning signs, barricades or officers will be used to assist motorists traveling through the areas.
These projects include:
**On Collier Boulevard southbound at the entrance to Fiddlers Creek, expect traffic to be diverted from two lanes to one lane on Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews do landscape maintenance in the median.
**On Collier Boulevard between Tower Road and the Judge S.S. Jolley Bridge, both northbound and southbound traffic will be diverted from two lanes to one lane for the next two weeks overnight from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews restripe the roadway and place reflective markers in the pavement.
**On Davis Boulevard between U.S. 41 and Unity Way, eastbound and westbound traffic will be diverted from three lanes to two lanes or one lane in places for approximately two weeks overnight from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews restripe the roadway and place reflective markers in the pavement.
**Near the Golden Gate Parkway overpass, drivers should expect intermittent lane closures on Airport-Pulling Road both northbound and southbound between Mercantile Avenue and Estuary Drive as well as on Golden Gate Parkway between Bears Paw/Estuary Boulevard and Livingston Road from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, for a week as crews complete needed work.
**On Immokalee Road at the intersection of Old Cypress Boulevard/Logan Boulevard, expect intermittent lane closures in all directions on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews remove a traffic signal mast arm.
**On Pine Ridge Road between U.S. 41 and Logan Boulevard, both eastbound and westbound, expect traffic to be diverted from three lanes to two lanes for a week from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as crews do landscape maintenance.
** On U.S. 41 between St. Andrews Boulevard and Barefoot Williams Road, expect intermittent lane closures both eastbound and westbound for a week from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as crews install landscaping.
** On Bayshore Drive at the intersection of Jeepers Drive, expect intermittent lane closures in all directions on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as crews install an emergency traffic signal for the East Naples Fire Department.
** On Everglades Boulevard S. at the intersection of 10th Avenue S.E, expect traffic to be limited to a single lane for a week from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. as Chandler Land Development crews do intersection improvements and construct a turn lane for a new school.
