Six children, ranging from ages 1 to 15 years old, and their parents, who are wanted on outstanding felony warrants, are missing from Naples. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents for help in locating the mother and the children.
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) attempted to speak to the mother, Adilaida Rodriguez, a 30-year-old Hispanic female, on July 18. Rodriguez, who did not appear for court on that date, has two felony warrants out of Collier County for failing to appear in court.
Representatives of the DCF were told the mother left with the six children more than two weeks ago. The CCSO said Rodriguez has custody of the kids but is mandated to check in with the DCF.
Rodriguez and her children may be with Carlos Arias. He is the father of one of the children. Arias has a warrant out of Lee County for sexual battery.
The CCSO believes the family are still in Florida. The information on the missing family members has been reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
If you have seen any of the parents or children, contact the CCSO at 239-793-9300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). If dialing from Immokalee, call 239-657-6168.
