Description: Arturo's inaugural Halloween, Bewitching Hours at Arturo's, to be held Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., includes a costume contest, bewitching brews at special prices and more fun. It will be held in concert with Upon A Star's witch-inspired benefit, which will land at Arturo's around 8 p.m.
Besides holding a costume contest for customers, Arturo's will have its own costumed theme called La Cosa Nostra.
